Never heard of that plug in. If it truley works someone PLEASE holler! The only other option you can do to my knowledge ROK - is print it out and take it to a spot like The Alternative Copy Shop in Tempe. They'll charge like a buck or two and have them Enlarge it for you. Then again the type of format will determine the quality when enlarged not matter what you do. Is it web optimized? Or CMYK for print? Cause it might look good on screen but when printed not be what you expected due to the DPI.(Dots per inch)

Wut dpi are your images at now? Wuts the actual image size? There are a couple things you can do depending on the nature of the photo... also, alot of pixelation can be remedy'd with some bootleg air-brush techniques. Holla at me good sir!

Man. I haven't had good filters for a minute. All the ones I had were outdated and kept conflicting with my photoshop. I DEF gotta step up my filter game.

If you want a poor man's solution.
Have it printed at a good quality, then scan it at a super high resolution.

Damn I miss having photoshop...They got filters now that do the comic book shit for you?! I remember having to do all that shit by hand. Takes FOREVER!

Try resizing it in PhotoBucket and save that image, see what happens......
